Terms

Safe-Guard accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfers, and checks.

For credit card payments, authorization is required at the time of the order. If the credit card is declined the order will not go into production until payment is resolved. The customer will be notified of the details by email or phone. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Safe-Guard to resolve any payment problems after initial contact.

For orders being paid by check or wire transfer, manufacturing will begin once payment is received (all checks should be made out to Empire West Inc. and mailed to PO Box 511 Graton, CA 95444). Wire transfer information will be provided on request.

If you wish to apply for terms, please contact our sales department for a reference sheet before placing your order.

For customers with previously established terms, please contact us for your official customer number to be used during checkout.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be calculated and charged only for orders shipping within the state of California.

Customers will have an option to enter a California Resale Certificate number during checkout. If a company has not previously ordered from Safe-Guard, they may be asked to furnish a copy of their resale certificate.
